In my blog I write about the topics that come to me through conversations and situations outside and that move me to delve deeper and look behind the scenes in order to inspire you and provide fruitful impulses.

It is my greatest passion to feel the world of subtlety, energy and its effects, to communicate with it and to perceive all the connections.

In principle, I connect with what is not seen and does not want to be seen, but it is still there and plays a major role in life.

These are the things that are in the subconscious or in a shifted consciousness and can really make life difficult.

Before I write about the actual topics that have a big impact on our lives, I would like to briefly mention that everything I write about here is never judgmental and is never meant personally, even if you might feel that way now and then. If you catch yourself feeling triggered by my words, you can go straight into self-reflection and ask yourself: Why do I feel personally denounced or triggered? What does that have to do with me? Which part of me has something against it?

I am not writing this because I am trying to avoid confrontations or simply don't like them. I am writing it straight away because it is the most important thing and the first thing that every person should do. Always look at yourself first and ask yourself why something that comes from outside bothers me. And you can do that in all areas of your life, because that is the only way to achieve clarity, purity and unity with yourself and the issue that triggered you disappears as if by magic.

This is consciousness work - become aware of the issues that are still hidden and still have an effect.
